A seasoned management professional specialized in technical consultancy pertaining to e-Governance, Forensics, Criminal Identity Solutions, Biometrics, IT & Infra, Cyber Security, Public Safety, Emergency Response, Homeland Security, Modernisation & Digital Transformation Initiatives of Central Government and multiple State Govt. He is a visionary first generation entrepreneur and philanthropist passionate about Technology and Social Services. He is also cofounder of Vedicon Vatsalyam Foundation which is focusing on social services helping the underprivileged children by providing them quality education and healthcare. He also supports to many Gurukuls and Gaushalas promoting Samskritam, The Vedas, Vedic Wisdom and Indian Heritage. He is a passionate poet and writer and won many awards on his poetry works.

Ashok Lakshmipathy is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer with over 27+ years of extensive experience in IT infrastructure. Additionally, he holds the role of Information Security Lead Auditor for ISO 27001:2022, ISO 20000-1:2018, and 22301:2019. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major business conglomerates and prominent enterprises, establishing himself as a seasoned industry leader. He harbors a profound vision to establish a people-centric company that contributes substantial value to global businesses. Regarded as a visionary, thinker, philosopher, and an inspiring motivator, his meticulous approach to business and economics, coupled with entrepreneurial acumen, distinguishes him as a definitive leader.
Director ( Forensic Solutions & Services)
Umesh Kumar Sinha, a distinguished forensic scientist, served as the Director of the Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna, under the Government of Bihar. With a career spanning over three decades, he has been at the forefront of forensic science, contributing to the examination of firearms, ammunition, explosives, and other critical evidence in criminal cases. His expertise extends to administrative leadership, budget management, and providing court testimonies, making him a cornerstone of the forensic community.
Mr. Sinha holds an M.Sc. in Physics from Patna University and began his illustrious career as a Senior Scientific Officer in 1983. He steadily advanced through the ranks, eventually leading the department as Director until his retirement in January 2018. His tenure is marked by significant contributions, including representing Bihar in national forensic science conferences held across India in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Karnal, Raipur, New Delhi, and Srinagar.
